Make it Even Better!
The future of food is bright... and delicious!
Successful food professionals are paying attention to what people want -- and what the world can deliver. Whether it's to better their own health or to make the world a better place, more people than ever are making vegan food choices. To grow with the times, innovative food manufacturers, food service distributors, and restaurateurs are stepping up to meet that demand.
The time is ripe and people are hungry for a plant-based revolution. Nonviolence United's "Even Better" is here to help!

What We Do.
We help restaurants and grocery stores meet this growing demand easily and affordably. We work with managers and chefs to look over the menu and ingredients, work through what can easily be made vegan, expand menus if wanted/needed to include new vegan items/products, offer recipe suggestions and vegan product recommendations, help train and inform staff, help with marketing (especially steering conscious consumers to vegan-friendly offerings). We can also help determine which vegan items/products are already available through your product distributors -- making product ordering swift and easy.
We do this all for FREE! We not in it for the money. We're in it to help YOU help save the world.

Restaurants are learning that making menus accessible to more people increases profits. We work with restaurants that want to veganize existing menu items and help add new options.

Many grocery stores carry the latest and greatest vegan foods. We make customers aware of the options, offer advice, coupons, and more to make vegan foods an ongoing success.

Great menus and great grocery stores need great customers. We know how to reach them and what they are looking for. We'll excite the community and lead them to your door.

Hey, activists! We (Matt & Barbara Bear and some special volunteers), personally do this work in Ventura, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara, CA. If you're vegan, are fantastic at positive outreach, and want to do the same in your area, please contact us so we can help you get the ball rolling!
The Future of Food.
The same or better taste. Eco-smart. Animal friendly. Better performance. Higher nutrition. More profitable. It just makes sense!
Same taste. Eco-smart. Healthier.Plant-based meats. There are now products that look like meat, taste and mouth-feel exactly like meat, perform in recipes like meat. But this meat is clean, requires a fraction of the land and resources to produce, and it has a better nutritional value -- as much protein, zero cholesterol, and less fat than animal flesh.
At Beyond Meat, we think of ourselves a little differently. Our sensory experience is not just a substitute; it’s a perfect substitute in every way. - Beyond Meat |
Better products. Higher profits.Egg alternatives offer a clean, safe way of delivering the same or better products. They are healthier, with no more worry of salmonella and other egg-born contaminants. Longer expiration timelines, no need for refrigeration, and more efficient production and transport result in higher profits. They don't waste resources or pollute the environment with animal waste and they don't require breeding, keeping, and killing billions of chickens -- as is standard practice in the egg industry.

More choices. Cleaner food.Dairy-free is here! And it's taking over the dairy market. Melty, stretchy, dairy-free cheese, hard cheeses, creamy ice creams, smooth yogurts, and soothing milks all made from a variety of different plant sources (tapioca, almonds and other nuts, soy, oats, hemp and more) are already available in most major grocery stores. Forward-thinking restaurants are quickly adding dairy-free products to serve the health-conscious, lactose intolerant populations, and those who want to be kind to animals.
